Pingster Pilsner

A True Czech pilsner that has more flavor than the majority of other imitators. This crisp pale lager has a distinct spicy aroma of Saaz hops with a clean malt backing.

Rippinator

This AWARD WINNING dopplebock is a German style ale. Its flavor is strong, dark, and malty with a touch of hop flavor for bitterness. This beer is truly our crowd pleaser!

Old Fred Red

A medium-bodied Irish Red Ale which has a sweet and slightly fruity interplay of hops and Irish Ale Yeast. This beer has a thick off-white head and a distinctive red color from its roasted barley.

Auntie M's Amber

This easy-drinking amber ale is crafted with a malt base and set off with Cascade and Saaz hops. As Auntie M says, "It's as much fun to brew as it is to drink."

LDB IPA

Indian Pale Ales were originally crafted with a greater amount of alcohol and hops for preservation on long sea voyages to The British Colony of India during the nineteenth century. We have crafted our ale to capture these same principles including moderate bitterness, generous English hop flavor, and a higher alcohol level.

Purple Healer's Octoberfest

Fans of this beer an enjoy it at its seasonal peak during our Annual Octoberfest celebration in the Fall. This lager is brewed in the springtime and stored at the perfect temperature to fully mature in time for the event. This is hands-down the most popular lage of the year.
